What’s better than one harpsichord? Two, of course!

Harpsichordists Mireille Podeur and Orlando Bass join forces in Jean Philippe Rameau’s Pieces de Clavecin en Concerts arranged for two harpsichords on a 2014 release from the Maguelone label.

Rameau originally scored his Concerts for solo harpsichord with violin and bass viol (or alternatively flute or a second violin)…
